As we wrap up 2024, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey this year has been for KIBA. It’s been a year full of achievements, growth, and exciting new developments. Our team’s dedication and hard work have truly paid off, and we’re proud of everything we’ve accomplished. Here’s a look back at what we’ve achieved and a preview of what’s to come in 2025.
One of the biggest highlights of 2024 has been the completion and handover of nearly 30 homes this calendar year. This milestone is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality homes and exceeding our clients’ expectations. Every home we complete represents not just a structure but a dream realised for our customers, and we’re honoured to have been part of that journey.
We believe that growth is not only about numbers but about the people who make it happen. This year, we expanded our team by adding 3 key players. Each of these new team members brings invaluable skills, experience, and passion to the table, and we’re thrilled to continue our journey with them as we head into 2025. As we grow, we remain focused on creating an environment where collaboration, innovation, and excellence thrive.
A major achievement this year was the opening of our first-ever display home in Flagstone. This exciting step allowed us to showcase our work and connect with the local community. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re thrilled with the success we’ve seen in the area. The Flagstone display home is a beautiful representation of KIBA’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.
2024 also marked a significant step in increasing our brand awareness. We launched our first billboards, which allowed us to put KIBA front and centre in the public eye. This was our first real venture into print media advertising, and it’s been a fantastic way to reach new customers and share our story with a wider audience. We’re excited to continue building our presence in the market and exploring new ways to engage with potential clients.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of our second display home in the stunning Lilywood Landings development at Waraba. This project promises to be another exciting chapter in our growth, showcasing even more of what KIBA has to offer. The Lilywood display home will feature new, innovative designs and high-quality finishes that reflect our dedication to creating exceptional homes. We can’t wait for you to see it!
With 2024 coming to a close, we’re already looking forward to the exciting opportunities that 2025 will bring. At the start of the new year, we’re set to kick off several new builds, continuing our mission to create beautiful, custom homes for our clients.
As we expand, we’re committed to finding talented individuals to join our team. In 2025, we’re on the hunt for two more key team members to help us continue our growth and success.
