We take a considered approach to our business and building and deliberately limit the number of homes we take on each year (at this stage our limit is 15). It means we can stay personally involved, don’t overload our trusted trades and maintain the quality we expect. We genuinely love the design side of building. When there’s alignment from the beginning, rather than builders fighting it out simply to win a project on the lowest price, the whole experience is better.
