We take a considered approach to our business and deliberately limit the number of homes we take on each year. It means we can stay personally involved, avoid overloading our trusted trades and maintain the quality we expect.

The types of homes we build and the relationships we have with our clients are also really important to us, so just as you assess builders, we assess every project carefully too. Your block, design, expectations and what you want from your builder all need to feel like the right fit. We think it’s just as important for a builder to consider that relationship as it is for a client.

When there’s alignment from the beginning, rather than builders simply competing to “win another project” on the lowest price, the whole experience is better. We’ll always put our best foot forward with pricing and aim to provide genuine value, but we don’t believe price should come at the expense of quality, service or style. We believe many problems in building begin when the lowest price becomes the only deciding factor, rather than finding the right builder for your home.

When we take on a home, it’s because we genuinely believe we’re the right fit for each other and have the opportunity to create something pretty special together.

Indeed we can! KIBA builds completely custom homes, excluding split level and pole homes. You can customise one of our existing designs, bring us plans you already have, or we can design a completely bespoke home with you from scratch.

Our standard inclusions are the starting point, but from there you can upgrade as much or as little as you like. We have plenty of suppliers and options to choose from, and we’re always happy to help you pull everything together.

Want to supply something yourself? That’s okay too. As long as it meets Australian Standards, is suitable for your build and we know about it before you sign your contract, we’re generally pretty flexible.

We have an awesome customer portal that’s basically like your own little social media page for your build! It keeps everything in one place and lets you follow along as your home comes to life.

Through your portal you’ll have:

• Regular progress photos throughout each stage of your build
• Written updates on site milestones, what’s been accomplished and what’s happening next
• Access to all your key documents, plans, contract, approvals and selections in one place
• A direct messaging system for questions and updates
• Easy access from your phone or computer

It’s a really easy way to stay connected to your build and know what’s happening, what’s been done and what’s coming up next.

We build new homes across:

• The Sunshine Coast
• Brisbane, including Metro Brisbane, Greater Brisbane including Moreton Bay and the northern corridor through to D’Aguilar, plus the southern growth corridors out to Flagstone.
• Selected surrounding South East Queensland locations

We build in established suburbs (knock down rebuilds), new master planned communities and on acreage.

Our core building areas are based around where our trusted trades and suppliers are established, helping us maintain the quality and consistency we expect across our builds.

We currently don’t build on the Gold Coast, in the Scenic Rim, Toowoomba/Darling Downs or north of the Sunshine Coast.
