Not everyone is our client, and we would rather say so early. We build a small number of custom homes a year for people who want something they could not find already built. If you want the cheapest square metre rate on the market, there are builders who will beat us, and we will tell you that in the first conversation.

Homes are built by hand and minor defects can happen.

We build an excellent quality of home but we don’t pretend to be perfect. What matters is how we respond when something isn’t right. We’ll listen, work with you and organise for genuine imperfections to be fixed, keeping you updated along the way.

We’re proud of the homes we build, and that means taking responsibility when something needs attention, including after you’ve moved in.

Yes. Choose an off-the-plan design with customisable features, modify our plans, or bring your own. High-quality standard inclusions with premium finishes come as standard.

We don’t do smoke and mirrors. We need to price your home for you, and a headline price can leave out so many crucial elements, mainly site conditions. Some other builders advertise a figure too good to be true, then add the site costs and flooring and downlights — things you assumed were included. We include what most builders call upgrades, so a real number only exists once we know your block and your plan.

Our customer portal carries weekly photo updates of your build, all key documents, plans and certificates, and a direct messaging system. It works on mobile and desktop.

The Sunshine Coast up to Caloundra, greater Brisbane including Moreton Bay, and the Logan and Flagstone growth corridor. We build in established suburbs, new masterplanned communities and on suitable acreage. Projects outside those areas are considered individually.
